What’s Included in Every Rental
Standard service within 45 miles one-way of Grand Rapids includes delivery, normal placement, setup and pickup, standard suitable water and power hookup, restroom supplies, preparation, and normal cleaning and waste disposal. If independent power is needed, we provide it as part of the standard rental. We review site requirements before confirming your event.

Multi-Day Rentals
2 active-use days: Signature $2,095 / Grand $3,095

4+ active-use days: one custom all-inclusive quote
Packages cover consecutive guest-use days at the same approved location. Delivery and pickup days do not count as use days. Friday delivery, Saturday use and Sunday pickup is a one-day event.
Power for Your Event
Suitable onsite power hookup is included.
If independent power is required, Ivory Thrones provides it within the standard rental.
We review available power and determine the right setup before confirming your event.
No separate generator or power charge for a standard rental.
Mid-Rental Refresh / Service
Standard servicing needed for an approved multi-day package is included. Extraordinary or unusually high-use requirements are reviewed up front and included in one custom all-inclusive quote.
How Your Final Quote Is Confirmed
We review your event, guest-use days, location and site needs before confirming one total. An inquiry does not hold your date. Event approval, your acceptance of the rental agreement, and required payment confirm your suite and date. More than 30 days ahead: 50% is due to reserve, with the balance due 30 days before the event. At 30 days or less: payment in full is due when booking.
