What is included in an Ivory Thrones rental?
For a standard event within 45 miles one-way of Grand Rapids, the all-inclusive suite price covers local delivery, normal placement, setup and removal, suitable standard water and power hookup, restroom supplies, climate control, preparation, and normal post-event cleaning and waste disposal.
If Ivory Thrones determines that independent power is needed for a standard rental, it is included. We review access, placement, utilities and event needs before confirming one total. Locations beyond 45 miles or unusual site requirements receive a custom all-inclusive quote.

Which restroom trailer is right for my event?
Choosing the right suite depends on your guest count, event type, duration and expected restroom traffic.

Signature Suite — 2 private rooms
Best suited for intimate weddings, private celebrations, smaller corporate events and VIP hospitality where a premium restroom experience is needed without the capacity of a larger trailer. -
Grand Suite — 4 private rooms
Designed for larger weddings, corporate events and higher-attendance gatherings where additional restroom capacity helps keep guests comfortable and wait times moving smoothly. -

Tell us about your event, and we’ll review the details and recommend the suite that best fits your needs. Before your reservation is finalized, we’ll also confirm placement, delivery access, power and water requirements, and any other site considerations so the suite you select is appropriate for both your guests and your venue.
What power and water connections are required?
We review available power and water with you before confirming the event. Standard suitable onsite water and power hookups are included. If Ivory Thrones determines independent power is needed for a standard rental, we provide it within the all-inclusive price. Sites without suitable water or with unusual utility needs receive one custom all-inclusive quote after review. You do not need to solve the technical setup yourself.
Where can the trailer be placed?
Our restroom suites can be placed in many locations, provided there is a safe, firm and reasonably level area with adequate access for delivery and removal. During your site review, Ivory Thrones will help confirm the best placement based on ground conditions, delivery access, available space, and proximity to power and water. Not sure whether your preferred location will work? How do we reserve our date?
Contact us! We respond within 24 hours and review your event and site needs. Event approval, acceptance of the rental agreement, and required payment confirm your suite and date. For bookings more than 30 days ahead, 50% is due to reserve and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the event. At 30 days or less, payment in full is due when booking. An inquiry alone does not hold a date. Cancellation and rescheduling terms apply; review the Reservation Terms & Policies linked in the footer.
Is submitting the form a confirmed reservation?
No. A request does not hold or reserve a suite or date. We respond within 24 hours and review availability, event details, and site requirements. Confirmation requires Ivory Thrones approval, your acceptance of the rental agreement, and receipt of required payment: 50% more than 30 days ahead, or payment in full when booking 30 days or less ahead.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
We respond within 24 hours, review your date, location, guest count and preferred suite, and confirm placement and utilities. Your inquiry does not hold a date. After the event and total quote are approved, you accept the rental agreement and make required payment to confirm the reservation. More than 30 days ahead: 50% to reserve, balance due 30 days before the event. At 30 days or less: full payment when booking.
Do you serve locations outside Grand Rapids?
Yes. Standard service within 45 miles one-way of Grand Rapids is included in the published all-inclusive suite price. For events beyond 45 miles, tell us the location; we may be able to serve it with one custom all-inclusive quote after reviewing the event and site. No separate mileage or fuel charge is added to that total.
Are the trailers climate controlled?
Yes. Ivory Thrones restroom suites feature heating and air conditioning to help keep guests comfortable throughout your event, regardless of changing outdoor conditions. Climate control requires an appropriate power source, which we’ll verify during your site review.

How is cleanliness handled?
Every suite is cleaned, sanitized and prepared before delivery, with standard restroom supplies stocked for your event. Afterward, we handle pickup, normal cleaning, pumping and waste disposal. For an approved multi-day package, standard servicing needed to support the rental is included. Unusually high-use requirements are reviewed up front and included in one custom all-inclusive quote.
