Tell Us About Your Event
Send us your event date, location, estimated attendance and preferred suite. This starts an inquiry; it does not hold the date. Not sure which suite fits? We’ll help you choose.

We Confirm Availability
We respond within 24 hours, review availability and recommend the suite best suited to your event.

We Verify Your Site & Finalize Pricing
Our team works with you to confirm placement, delivery access, power, water and any other setup requirements. Once those details are verified, we provide your final pricing.

Secure Your Date
Event approval, your acceptance of the rental agreement, and required payment confirm your suite and date. More than 30 days ahead: 50% to reserve; the balance is due 30 days before the event. At 30 days or less: payment in full is due when booking. We then coordinate delivery and setup. Cancellation and rescheduling terms apply.
